Sanders Saunter - 10k

The race is a Benefit for Loving Paws and a 10k+ loop course with a visit to Sanders Mound, a small hill overlooking Clinton Lake, at the beginning of the race and again near the end. The course is rugged trails running through the beautiful trees. Canine runners are welcome!

The Mission of Loving Paws Animal Therapy program is to promote the human-animal bond, create a fun and engaging environment that provides positive support and motivation, while enhancing the quality of life for vulnerable populations and those in need throughout Douglas County who are experiencing (or who are at risk of experiencing) mental health and/or emotional issues through the use of animal-assisted therapy.

There will also be a raffle for a free entry to the Hawk 100, Hawk 50 and Hawk Marathon purchasable at Lucky Paws during packet pickup and on race day. Tickets are $1 with no limit on how many tickets you can purchase.
