No Wednesday run night tonight. Instead, join Gary and Coach Coleen "Lil Big Hawk" Voeks at an ultrarunning clinic at Garry Gribbles in Lawrence. We'll talk and Q & A about how to do ultras, from 6 to 7 pm.

If you've ever thought about doing one of these wild events, come on out and let's talk. 2014 might be the year you put "ultrarunner" in front of your name.

If you're a Hawk, come on out and use your 20 percent membership discount to do a little Xmas shopping. If you're not a Hawk come out anyway. I think Uncle J may have a discount up his sleeve for non-Hawks too.
