About Trail Hawks Membership Dues Membership dues are a small but meaningful part of our club’s yearly income. As a 501(c)(3) >nonprofit, dues are considered a charitable donation. The real funding for the Trail Hawks comes from our race entry fees, which support everything from our RRCA membership (and the insurance it provides) to the P.O. box, gear storage, and other essentials that keep the club running. Having a modest membership due creates a small threshold — a way to say, “I’m in.” It’s not about the amount; it’s about belonging and helping sustain the community we all enjoy.
