Brrrrrr

Dec. 6, 2013

Gary is bailing on the Saturday morning long run due to the weather. If you go out running, be careful. Here's the danger, as I see it. Even in the bitter cold, running may get you hot and sweaty. That's ok while you're running, but if you twist an ankle or have to walk for some other reason, you won't be able to keep warm, especially if you're wet from sweat.

Bitter cold is not forgiving.

On the other hand, seed ticks, oak mites and chiggers should be absent.
